I’ve spent the last 12+ years in client-facing roles, and one thing has remained true: great Customer Success isn’t just about reducing churn it’s about building trust, creating impact, and driving real growth. I’m passionate about shaping a CS ecosystem where professionals feel empowered, businesses see results, and customers actually win. Especially here in West & East Africa’s growing SaaS market, the opportunity to localize solutions and align stakeholders is huge and that’s the space I thrive in.
Kelechi Ibiam
Kelechi brings 8+ years of experience in customer management, account and relationship management. He has designed implement onbaording for large and small scale customers across multiple businesses.
Damilola Oyenekan
Damilola Oyenekan is a dedicated Customer Support Specialist and Communications Lead with a proven track record of driving growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening brand communication. Damilola brings over Six years of experience in customer relationship management, performance improvement, and team leadership.
